We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Switch (Maestro). Alternatively,you may send your credit card information via phone or fax. Or you may pay by cheque or by postal order, we would prefer if you would not send cash in the post.

Shipping and Handling

Delivery Schedule UK MAINLAND ONLY All orders are normally received within 7 working days. Depending on the quantity, they will be sent by Royal Mail or Unishippers Carriers.

Carriage costs are automatically calculated by the shopping system. If you want to know carriage charges for any individual item, simply add it your basket and the carriage (P&P) will be displayed.

Carriage costs vary according the items you select.

The carriage costs shown on this website are for UK mainland delivery ONLY. If you require a cost for shipping to non-UK mainland addresses, please email us for confirmation prior to ordering OR submit your order and we will contact you to confirm the costs prior to any goods being despatched.

Please note that we use a specialist Third Party secure server providor for credit card transactions (Secure Hosting Ltd) who use 128bit encryption technology, the strongest available.
Your credit/debit card will not be charged until your goods (subject to availablity) are despatched. Orders are despatched Mon-Fri, 9.30am - 5.30pm. Assuming that we have the goods in stock, most orders will be despatched within two days of receipt or your order.

If your item is not in stock we will back order it for you and let you know. You will always be emailed the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns

We offer a 14 day no quibble returns policy on all mail order and online orders.

Note that this does not apply to goods purchased in store.

Please phone first before returning goods to obtain a returns number.

Goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition and with the original packaging intact.

Shippng costs are non-refundable as these are a service, not a product.
