One of most important thing a bike shop needs is good staff as
well as a comprehensive range of products and service to match.
Robin Williamson, the owner can be found around the shop doing
anything from serving you to doing the paperwork to fixing or setting up bikes.
He has over 29 years in the Cycle Trade and can probably recall many an item
from the 'good old days'

Simon Lamond has been part of the Biketrax team for over 5 years now. and is in charge of the front shop as general manager.
He is a keen photographer, and is responsible for many of the digital images on the site.
When not working, Simon can be seen riding his BMX at local skateparks and trails. He is also a trained level 3 CyTech mechanic.
Dougie Millar has been at Biketrax for several years and looks after our very busy workshop. He has an in depth experience of mechanics and cycling
related topics. Dougie has experience of all types of cycling from MTB and road to commuting and Audax riding. If you have any technical questions that need answered then Doudie is your man.
Our shop is constantly gaining in popularity due to our friendly service and speedy turn around of any repair work. Customers old and new appreciate the more personal service that can't always be offered in bigger stores.
