One of the most important things a bike shop needs is good staff as well as a comprehensive range of products and excellent service to match. At Biketrax we can offer you all of the above.

Robin Williamson is the owner of Biketrax and can be found around the shop doing anything from serving you to doing the paperwork. He has over 30 years in the Cycle Trade and can probably recall many an item from the good old days.

Simon Lamond has been part of the Biketrax team for over 8 years now and is now managing the busy shop. He is a keen photographer in his spare time and you can find his images at www.simonlamondphoto.co.uk He is also a trained level 3 CyTech mechanic.

Dougie Millar has been at Biketrax for several years and looks after our very busy workshop, as well as keeping the coffee brewing. Dougie has experience of all types of cycling from MTB and road to commuting and Audax riding. If you have any technical questions that need answered then Dougie is your man.

Kalen Lortscher aka 'YOGI' is the newest member of staff in the shop, working along side Dougie in the busy workshop, as well as serving in the front shop. Kalen can usually be found glass blowing or rock climbing in his spare time.

Sam Kennedy is a seasoned member of the Biketrax team. He currently runs the website and internet orders, but can also be found in the workshop or putting his joinery skills to good use building front shop displays. He is also pretty radical on a 20" kids bike (BMX) and can be spotted down at Transgression skatepark in his spare time.

Our shop is constantly gaining in popularity due to our friendly service and speedy turn around of any repair work. Customers old and new appreciate the more personal service that can't always be offered in bigger stores. Come and give us a try.
